Hello

Pallavi Neogy is a gold medalist in psychology, researcher, and founder of ComFo Mentalpeace, dedicated to providing evidence-based mental wellness solutions for parents, students, teachers, and professionals. She has presented research at international conferences and is affiliated with WHEELS Global USA and the International Council of Psychologists (ICP).

Certified in CBT Strategies for Good Parenting (Beck Institute), Mindfulness-Based Approaches, ACT, Early Childhood Care, Sports Psychology (IIT Madras), and Art Therapy, Pallavi has successfully conducted workshops for parents, students, teachers, and corporates on emotional resilience, social-emotional learning, and mental well-being. As an author, her book Wally’s Worry Puzzle helps children express emotions in a fun, engaging way. Inspired by her experience as a mother, Pallavi founded ComFo Mentalpeace to bridge the gap between experience-based advice and research-backed insights, ensuring individuals and families receive the right support at the right time.
